Our Mission

A family-founded company built on decades of project discipline.

RMC Resources was founded as a family company committed to responsible, well-run oil & gas development. We evaluate every prospect the way an engineer would — proven trends over speculation, layered upside over single-shot bets, and operators putting their own capital at risk, participating side-by-side.

Our approach favors fields with an established production history, formations with multiple pay zones, and partners who bring decades of hands-on operating experience to the table.

What We Do

Four disciplines, one standard of diligence.

01

Lease & Asset Acquisition

Acquiring producing and undeveloped acreage across Oklahoma basins where geology, infrastructure, and terms line up.

02

Drilling Program Development

Identifying and structuring drilling programs in proven productive trends, with geologic review, 3-D seismic options and offset production well control data underpinning every prospect.

03

Working Interest Participation

RMC's structured partnerships hold direct pass-through participation in wells and leases alongside our operating partners — who participate with their own capital at risk — ensuring responsible management through aligned goals, incentive and accountability.

04

Operations Management

Hands-on oversight from spud to production — vendor management, workovers, and secondary recovery when prudent, to maximize returns and extend the life of every asset.

Where We Operate

Oklahoma, across the basins and formations that built the industry.

Our footprint spans from the Anadarko Shelf to the Greater Seminole field — ground we know and results we trust.

Our Approach

The principles behind every prospect we take on.

Proven Ground First

We favor established producing trends with well-documented offset history — geology and track record before speculation.

Layered Upside

We look for stacked pay zones and secondary recovery potential, so a single wellbore carries more than one shot at commercial production.

Capital Alongside Ours

We partner with operators who put their own money into the ground beside ours — aligned incentives from lease acquisitions through the life of the wells.

Current Projects

North Romulus Development

A two-well drilling program targeting the proven Hunton Bois d'Arc trend in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma — Section 34, T8N–R3E, inside the historic Greater Seminole Field family. RMC Resources serves as Managing General Partner, with Vaquero Resources operating the wells.

The lease sits alongside eight surrounding lease units that have already produced over 11 million barrels of oil from the same Hunton formation, with seven stacked pay zones offering multiple shots at commercial production beyond the primary target.
